(Boulder, Colorado)In collaboration with Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks, the Access Fund, Mountain Miser, and Climbing Magazine, a group of Boulder climbers have put together a trail day for the Terrain Boulders. OSMP has done a great job in helping get this together, and will be providing the tools and water jugs for the event, this July 27th. Our goal with this event is to standardize the preferred approach to the Terrain Boulders via the Slab, erecting cairns and scratching in a trail, and to build a fence blocking off the old approach via the social trail west of the Mesa Trail.

WHAT: A much needed trail day to help standardize the new approach to the Terrain Boulders via The Slab, and to eradicate the old social trail approach. Prizes, goodies, fun!
WHEN: Saturday, July 27, 2002, from 9am to 3pm.
WHERE: Meet in the parking lot just west of the King Soopers at Broadway and Table Mesa at 9:00 am, then carpool up to the trailhead at Cragmoor.
WHAT TO BRING: Water, work gloves, sun block.
CONTACT: Matt Samet, 970-704-2606, or OSMP, 303-441-3090.
